About
PocketFinds started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots of odd little games we found late at night. At some point the chat got too long and we figured we might as well write things down properly. So here we are.
We're not a big media house. It's a small crew that actually plays on the train, in waiting rooms, on the couch — wherever a phone comes out. That means our impressions come from real use, not a two-minute trailer.
When we pick a game to cover, we look for something that surprised us. Could be a clever control scheme, a soundtrack that stuck in our heads, or just a mood nothing else on the store has. Genre doesn't matter — a racing game and a slow puzzle can both end up here.
We update when we have something honest to say, not on a schedule. If a game bored us, we'll tell you that too.
