Cozy sims for winding down at night

There's a specific kind of tired where you don't want a challenge, you just want to potter. Cozy simulation games are made for exactly that mood, and a few on phones do it beautifully.

Tiny Orbit Garden has been my go-to lately. Tending a greenhouse in space sounds gimmicky, but the slow rhythm of checking on plants each evening turned into a real habit. It asks almost nothing of me and gives back a small, steady calm.

The key to a good cozy sim is restraint. It shouldn't flood you with pop-ups or guilt you for skipping a day. The best ones sit quietly and are simply nice to come back to.
